Description
Honestly, Om is not a specific word. If you try to pronounce any word without using the tongue, only three words will come out that are A, O, and the third one is the core sound. Om forms when you close the mouth while muttering these two words plus sound. The divine sound of A & O is quite powerful and every religion acknowledges its significance. If someone is having physical & mental issues, chanting Om twice a day is recommended. The sound of A & O perfectly balances all levels of the body & mind and does wonders in life. Om is not the part of Hinduism merely. Aum, Om, Ankar, Amin, and Amen are simply the same syllables include the same divine sound and are frequently used in different religions be it Sikhism, Christianity, Buddhism, and Muslim. Some interesting facts about Om are shared by Pt. Rahul Kaushal Ji in this video.
