Kundalini is a process itself and the process to rouse Kundalini is chakras. Chakras are basically the barriers you need to pass for reaching the destination. Kundalini is not as complicated as some used to represent it. Kundalini is a drop-down skin chunk that represents down flow of Cerebrospinal Fluid and when it rouses due to different reasons it surges the fluid upwards that open up the chakras. In the human body, this point starts from spinal, there are three meridians associated with it. The first one is ‘Ida’ situated on the left side of the body and is of moon-white colour, the second one is ‘Pingala’ situated on the right side of the body and shines like the sun and is masculine, between ‘Ida’ and ‘Pingala’ there is an essential meridian called ‘Sushumna’ containing Brahma-Nadi. Holding all the chakras in its tour, Sushumna Nadi is present in a zigzag form and extends up from Muldhara (the root chakra) to the Brahmarandhra (the crown chakra) to meet up its end goal. The video will get you a clear insight of Kundalini & chakras.
